Senior AI Engineer - Agentic Systems / LLMOPS

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration, and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing multi-agent architectures, integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and delivering production-grade AI workflows on AWS or similar cloud environments. You’ll be at the center of innovation — turning complex semiconductor design workflows into scalable, autonomous AI agents capable of long-horizon reasoning and execution.

Technical Requirements (Must-Have)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of software development experience in cloud environments; 2+ years hands-on with agentic AI or LLM deployment.

• Experience building and deploying multi-agent AI systems.
• Knowledge of supervisor/sub-agent orchestration patterns.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith.
• Proficient in RAG pipelines, memory management, and agent evaluation.

• Design and implement evaluation pipelines (grounding accuracy, reasoning robustness, tool reliability).
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Optimize AI systems for scalability, low latency, and high throughput.
