• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Co-Pilot including configuration, customization, and integration within Power Platform applications.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts as they relate to Power Platform.

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and / or Client office / at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Required qualifications

Microsoft Power Platform Expertise :

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.
• Proven ability to design implement and optimize business solutions using the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Co-Pilot Integration & Development: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Co-Pilot including configuration customization and integration within Power Platform applications.
• Experience in leveraging Co-Pilot to enhance user productivity automate workflows and drive business outcomes.
• Prompt Engineering: Advanced skills in prompt design optimization and testing for AI-driven solutions specifically within Microsoft environments.
• Ability to craft effective context-aware prompts to maximize the accuracy and relevance of AI responses.
• AI & Automation: Strong understanding of AI machine learning and natural language processing concepts as they relate to Power Platform and Co-Pilot.
• Experience in automating complex business processes and integrating services or APIs.
