Under the supervision of the Director, Talent Management, the Senior Advisor, Talent Management plays a strategic role in designing and implementing programs that strengthen organizational capability, accelerate leadership development, and ensure a robust talent pipeline. This position partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to integrate performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and recognition practices aligned with the organization’s culture and strategic priorities. The incumbent will focus on value-driven activities and the deployment of redefined programs that support our culture evolution. Every initiative will aim to increase organizational performance, enhance accountability at every level, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Define and execute the talent management and succession strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify critical roles and high-potential talent; maintain talent maps and succession plans using Workday or similar platforms.
- Lead talent review cycles and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Monitor and support individual development plans (PDPs) for key talent and successors.
Performance Management
- Oversee the design and governance of the performance management process, ensuring alignment with cultural evolution and strategic goals.
- Implement best practices for goal setting, feedback, and quarterly reviews.
- Ensure integration of performance management with other HR levers (recognition, development, compensation).
Leadership Development
- Design and deliver leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders.
- Implement coaching and mentoring frameworks to support leadership growth.
- Manage psychometric and leadership assessments to inform development plans.
Employee Engagement & Recognition
- Develop and deploy engagement strategies, including surveys and action planning.
- Lead recognition initiatives that reinforce cultural values and drive employee motivation.
- Measure and optimize recognition programs for impact on engagement and performance.
Analytics & Insights
- Use talent data and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide dashboards and reports to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Safety Protocol
- Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
- Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
- Support safety policies and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management within complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in HR systems (Workday preferred).
- Proven ability to design and implement integrated talent strategies.
- Excellent communication, influence, and change management skills.
- Advanced analytical and project management capabilities.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent (preferred).
