We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic and evolving organization within a Joint Venture (JV) structure. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. Reporting to the General Manager of Galore Creek Mining Corporation (GCMC), the Senior HR Advisor plays a key role in crafting and delivering strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives, employee development, and organizational growth.
As part of a multi-partner operation, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse teams and gain exposure to complex and rewarding challenges. This role is based out of the GCMC Vancouver office.
$93,000 - $130,000 CAD
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
GCMC highly values its long-standing relationship with the Tahltan Nation, and continues to implement the 2006 Participation Agreement, including involving the Tahltan Nation in regulatory processes and review of environmental performance, and providing preferential contracting and employment opportunities. This position is based out of our Vancouver Office. Travel from Vancouver to the Galore Creek Project will be provided if the role requires it.
