Job summary
A regional health authority in Canada is hiring an Administrative Support V to provide comprehensive administrative support within the Medical Affairs unit. Key responsibilities include managing appointments, records, and correspondence, as well as handling payroll and office supply orders. The ideal candidate should have a post-secondary education and relevant experience with knowledge of Alberta Health Services systems. Qualifications

- Four years progressively responsible related experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements.
- Manage records and files effectively.
- Research and prepare background materials for meetings.
