Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible secretarial experience, preferably in a community health setting.
  • Intermediate/advanced experience in a Windows-based PC environment.
  • English language skills in reading, writing, and oral communication required.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a designated manager/leader.
  • Ensure effective management of a wide scope of responsibilities.
  • Collect and prepare various data and follow up as necessary.
  • Coordinate payroll for 20+ employees.
