Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible secretarial experience, preferably in a community health setting.
- Intermediate/advanced experience in a Windows-based PC environment.
- English language skills in reading, writing, and oral communication required.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a designated manager/leader.
- Ensure effective management of a wide scope of responsibilities.
- Collect and prepare various data and follow up as necessary.
- Coordinate payroll for 20+ employees.
