We are looking for a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to two senior leaders of our Sales and Revenue Operations & Analytics teams.
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will act as a collaborative and dependable partner, ensuring your leaders’ time is managed efficiently through expert calendar coordination, thoughtful communication, and seamless event and travel management. You will work closely with the affirm Executive Support Team, contributing as a solutions-oriented team player who enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
Pay Grade: I; Equity Grade: 2.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by affirm holdings, inc. (parent company). Base pay range per year: $90,000 – $130,000.
