The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Manager and department, including day-to-day workflow, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document handling. This position will be accountable for providing administrative services for the General Manager and site management group, requiring the highest regard for confidentiality. Administrative duties include site tours, site management support, administration of site goals, organizing events, management meeting administration, administration of GM calendar, correspondence, travel, and expense reporting.

What will you do?
  • Provide administrative support as required for site management group and General Manager.
  • Keep agenda, minutes, and action registers for Management, Operations, and Supervisor Meetings.
  • Coordinate arrangements for appointments, meetings, catering, and travel requirements for the GM.
  • Coordinating and organizing events and collaborating/Assisting HR and Public Affairs teams.
  • Compile and issue site communication.
  • Other duties and special projects assigned under general supervision.
What do you need for this role?
  • High School Degree/ GED required. Business Administration Diploma and admin experience an asset.
  • 5-10 years of administrative experience required.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
