Qualifications

  • Experience with life & annuity insurance products and experience studies.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to senior management.
  • Experience working with large data sets and data visualization software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of experience studies for assumption setting.
  • Bring new analytical tools into the development of experience studies.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to junior team members.

Skills

Excellent written/verbal communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science
FCIA or FSA designation, or nearing designation
