You will establish reserves, produce statistical models that inform decision‑making, and analyze problems and business opportunities for the organization’s actuarial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant analytics experience.
• Experience advising senior leadership and stakeholders.
• French language proficiency required with English for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and partners to plan, execute and monitor strategic projects.
• Develop policies, standards, models and programs to support initiatives.
• Diagnose major issues and provide recommendations to decision-makers.
• Represent the unit before decision-making bodies and external partners.
