We are hiring a qualified full-time Senior Accountant for our Enterprise Group in our Yellowknife office.

The Role
  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients (T2 only, Compilations and Review engagements reporting under ASPE).
  • Analyzing and preparing personal, trust, corporate tax, GST, T4 and T5 returns including CRA audit and support requests.
  • Responsible for planning and supervising engagements and reviewing work, completed by staff.
  • Independently offer tax compliance and business advice to personal and corporate clients.
  • Develop solutions with clients and co-workers through collaborative effort and discussion.
What you will bring
  • Equipped with a Professional Designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
  • 2-3 years of public accounting experience.
  • Values teamwork, client/customer service, professionalism, quality in detailed work, community involvement, personal and professional growth.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and quality; ability to prioritize work and meet commitments.
  • Experience with corporate reorganizations, estate planning and tax research skills would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with Caseware, Taxprep, QuickBooks/Sage etc are also considered strong assets.
