Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, and FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct balance sheet and cash flow reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with forecast and budget preparation.
• Develop Power BI integrations for financial reporting.
• Manage cross-business unit CAPEX registrations.
• Participate in month-end close, including journal entries.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
