Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Canada is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage general ledger operations and conduct detailed financial analyses. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in finance and 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working experience in a manufacturing factory.
• Good English proficiency and MS Office application skills.
• Well understood the Tax regulation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for General Ledge Management and supporting on month end closing, year end closing and forecast.
• Do analysis on sales and commercial like pricing , OEM Sales, and Supply chain management including material cost, inflation / deflation, and SCM saving,
• Daily tooling management and bookkeeping, relevant reclassification and managerial reporting preparation in forecast , month end closing, operation planning.
• Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, annual tooling reporting and audit on contracts, align with HB1 & HB11.
• Assist in completing monthly and periodical tax filing registration and tax clearance for outbound remittance and advisory on the PRC tax implications for new cross-border transactions.
• General ledger accounts management and control incl. provision, accrual and Leasing IFRS16 etc.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance and other related field.
• At least 3-5 years working experience in manufacture factory and well familiar with ERP system (SAP is prefer). Well understood the Tax regulation.
• Independent working and problems solving.
• Good English and MS OA software application & practice.
• Strong analysis and high working initiation.
