We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, AR/AP support, reconciliations, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounting for individual entities
• AR/AP review, approval, training, and support
• Inter‑company transactions
• Reconciliations for bank, GL, inter‑company, and corporate credit cards
• Monthly & year‑end GL reconciliations & file preparation
• Assist with the monthly consolidation process
• Asset listing maintenance
• Vendor and customer analysis
• Other special project tasks and coverage as needed
• Actual to budget variance reviews for managers
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and related analysis
• General accounting, tax compliance, and financial records management of related companies

• 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience
• CPA designation or enrolled in the Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation program
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; experience with SAP B1 considered an asset
• Experience working in a multi‑currency environment considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

Full‑time, year‑round position with pay range $65,000.00–$80,000.00 per year.
