Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP (KMSS) is a mid‑sized public accounting firm proudly serving local clients in Calgary and the Bow Valley area. We are recruiting a senior accountant to join our professional team this September. KMSS is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining talented, qualified people, and we have an exceptional opportunity for a newly designated CPA or 2025 CFE writer passionate about public practice and client service.

You will be completing a variety of file engagements and building strong client relationships by demonstrating a high degree of initiative, excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills, and strong technical expertise in accounting and tax.

Eligibility & Experience
  • Recently earned your CPA designation or wrote the 2025 CFE.
  • Two to four years of public accounting experience, preferably in a small or mid‑sized firm.
  • Confidence preparing audit, review, and compilation engagements.
  • Hands‑on experience preparing financial statements and corporate income tax returns.
  • Familiar with software including CaseWare, TaxPrep, CCH iFirm, and Microsoft Office.
  • Enjoy supervising or mentoring junior team members.
  • Possesses strong written and interpersonal communication skills for dealing with a variety of clients and team members.
