Adi Development Group seeks a Senior Accountant to manage the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of financial records for a portfolio of corporate and project entities from initial construction draw to close-out, including audits and filings.
Reporting to the Controller, you will lead month-end close, project cost accounting, revenue recognition, and the preparation of statements under ASPE or IFRS, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with statutory filings.
We are one of Canada's most forward-thinking real estate development, construction management and investment companies, with 4,000+ units in the pipeline and $3 billion in built value taking shape across the GTHA.
Our vision is to be the world's most customer-centric company, pioneering innovation that elevates how people live, work and connect. Our mission is to revolutionize the design and development of intelligent spaces, leveraging cutting-edge technology to build sustainable, attainable environments that delight our customers and maximize investor returns.
We believe everyone we hire is a leader, and every leader at Adi operates by our Leadership Principles — they define how we hire, how we lead and how we decide. We are obsessed with our customers and we insist on excellence in everything we do. We are never satisfied with the status quo, and we are on a quest towards perfection. We hire and develop the best and give them ownership. We move with a bias towards action. We go see and dig deep to solve problems at the root. We debate, we disagree and we commit. We run lean. We think big and deliver big results. We invent and keep things simple. We earn and build trust. These aren't posters on a wall. They're the operating standard for everyone here, including you.
Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant is accountable for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the financial records for an assigned portfolio of corporate and project entities — from first construction draw to project close-out — and for the audits, reviews and filings that depend on them.

This is not a back-office seat. The numbers you close are the buildings people live in. You'll work directly with the Controller and senior leadership on the projects that are reshaping the GTHA — landmark communities delivered across the region and the 4,000+ units that come next — and you'll learn the business the way it's actually run, from the people who run it.
The learning here is hands-on and direct. You'll sit in the rooms where decisions are made, work alongside talented people who hold a high bar, and see your work in the skyline. You'll be part of building landmark communities, shaping the cities we live in, and delivering on our mission.
We are on a mission to reinvent the industry and how projects are delivered. We are looking for missionaries who want to be part of that mission — not mercenaries looking for a job and a title.
