We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial auditing, account analysis, and reconciliation. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Senior Accountant will also play a key role in corporate finance activities and the implementation of accounting software solutions.

Duties
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Conduct financial audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights on financial performance and budgeting.
  • Utilize accounting software, including Quickbooks and Yardi, for efficient financial management.
  • Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices in accounting.
