Senior Account Executive - Rehabilitation Services

Hybrid role, 4 times from the office/visiting clients per week.

Lifemark is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive - Rehabilitation Services to capitalize on significant growth opportunities within our Long-Term Disability (LTD), Disability Management (DM), and Extended Health Care (EHC) lines of business. This is a critical role focused on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and recovering lost revenue due to the current lack of dedicated partner sales and account management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow LTD, DM, and EHC partner relationships nationally.
  • Develop and execute a national third-party payer go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Formalize contracts with warm clients and expand into structured partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the LTD, DM, and EHC markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, clinical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with partners.
  • Represent Lifemark at industry events and conferences.
  • Support EHC digital enablement (API/API integration for private billing).
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales and business development selling into insurance and enterprise-level Canadian organizations.
  • Need to be comfortable building PPT presentations at an executive level
  • Good financial acumen
  • Extensive experience using a CRM
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically within the LTD, DM, or EHC sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong partner relationships.
  • French spoken and written is an asset.
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare market and payer landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
