As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead a territory with a list of accounts, assess your clients’ needs and develop a solution, all while building long‑term relationships to achieve your quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

The role will provide professional and ethical representation of Konica Minolta Business Solutions to the commercial industry in your territory. You will be assigned a list of named and commercial accounts for the purpose of developing long‑term relationships and attaining your quarterly sales targets.

  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones by offering a variety of solutions to improve their business and take exceptional care of your clients.
  • Conduct outbound calling every day to existing and new accounts based on KM Sales Management Process and KPIs to set face‑to‑face appointments consisting of First In, Assessments, Proposals and PARS.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow‑ups, reporting regularly to a branch office.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with decision makers for current and potential clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all Konica Minolta products, services and solutions for clients.
  • Design and present solutions that will help customers & businesses using face to face or virtual proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
  • Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals of $660K.
  • Prepare and present weekly business overviews for the sales manager and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to the branch manager, sales manager and subject matter experts.
Qualifications
  • 4‑6 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Good grounding in PC and network concepts and the ability to apply these skills to understanding and delivering printing solutions to our clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business.
  • The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a high degree of independence.
  • The desire to ensure the utmost in client satisfaction.
  • A valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
  • A university or college degree in Business is an asset.
