A leading digital communications agency in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager to join their Personalised Content team. The role includes managing creative projects, ensuring client deadlines are met, and collaborating with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This position offers a flexible, hybrid working policy.
This is a 6 month fixed term employee contract initially, with a likelihood of extension
This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more!
As a Project Manager, you’ll be joining a team that works on producing creative content at scale at a global level. As a project manager you will be supporting across the account as a whole ensuring consistent and successful delivery of multiple projects, managing workflows and ensuring processes and running smoothly and efficiently. You will be working closely with Designers, and the Accounts team within the agency to ensure successful campaign deliveries. You will be required to manage internal client briefs with the team, plan, assign, review, and contribute to process optimisations ensuring projects are well managed contributing to the overall agency workload in partnership with the rest of the team.
