A product development engineering firm is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth by establishing relationships with enterprise leaders and startups. This position focuses on direct business development and navigating complex sales cycles. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build trust with executives. The role also involves some travel across North America. A transparent compensation plan with excellent growth potential is offered.
Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base + $125,000–$150,000 OTE $225,000 – $300,000 (transparent comp plan)
Travel: ~5 days per month across North America

Unlike a sales operations or management role, this position is about direct business development: identifying and opening new doors, building trust with senior decision makers, and positioning MistyWest as a long‑term partner in innovation. Once opportunities are developed, you’ll work alongside our technical and delivery leaders to advance, close, and grow them.
