Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base + $125,000–$150,000 OTE $225,000 – $300,000 (transparent comp plan)

Travel: ~5 days per month across North America

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive growth with enterprise leaders and founders of high‑potential startups. This is a high‑impact, quota‑carrying role focused on relationship‑driven selling into complex organizations.

Unlike a sales operations or management role, this position is about direct business development: identifying and opening new doors, building trust with senior decision makers, and positioning MistyWest as a long‑term partner in innovation. Once opportunities are developed, you’ll work alongside our technical and delivery leaders to advance, close, and grow them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and expand executive relationships with Directors, VPs, C‑suite leaders, and startup founders.
  • Lead with outcomes and ROI, not features — reframing client challenges to elevate conversations.
  • Partner with our Sales Analyst to generate targeted leads and support personalized outreach.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles — mapping stakeholders, resolving obstacles, and negotiating deals.
  • Act as a long‑term relationship owner — maintaining touchpoints, providing industry intelligence, and reinforcing strategic alignment.
  • Travel ~5 days per month across North America to strengthen key relationships.
About You
  • Proven success selling into senior decision makers (Directors, VPs, Founders, C‑level).
  • 7+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales (professional services, consulting, engineering services, or adjacent).
  • Curious and driven — able to ask the right questions to uncover true pain points and opportunity fit.
  • Skilled communicator who can translate between technical experts and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable competing with larger U.S. service providers by leveraging agility, innovation, and tailored service.
  • Industry networks in logistics, smart infrastructure, or mining and metals are an asset, but not required.
  • Excited to work with entrepreneurs and innovators building next‑generation products.

  • Establishing MistyWest as a strategic innovation partner rather than a transactional vendor.
  • Building a pipeline of enterprise opportunities that leads to multi‑million‑dollar program growth. Partner with technical teams to shape proposals and grow small initial projects ($50K–$100K) into multi‑phase programs ($500K–$1M+).
  • Strengthening organizational ties through multi‑threaded, long‑term relationships — representing a values‑driven, purpose‑led organization building technology for a sustainable future.
