Qualifications

• Must be able to accurately and efficiently select customer orders.
• Proficient in operating material handling equipment (electric pallet jacks, order pickers, voice-directed systems).
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
• Strong attention to detail and error-free order fulfillment.
• Aware of safety procedures and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work well in a team and support training of new staff.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and gather products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
• Stage items for loading onto delivery trucks in a timely, organized manner.
• Verify quantity, quality, and product codes for each order.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including electric pallet jacks and voice-directed pick systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and report hazards.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

The Selector II is a key member of the warehouse team responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for delivery. This role requires a higher level of skill and responsibility, demonstrating increased efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to handle more complex orders.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately select and gather products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using pick sheets, voice-directed systems, or other order fulfillment technologies.
• Ensure the correct quantity, quality, and product codes are selected for each order.
• Stage selected products for loading onto delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner, optimizing space utilization.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or discrepancies in inventory to supervisors.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and voice-directed picking systems.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
