Job summary

Canadian College of Naturopathic 34 is seeking a passionate naturopathic doctor (ND) to join our growing team on a part-time basis as an independent contractor. Initially, the schedule covers Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with strong potential to expand hours as the practice grows.

This role offers an integrative, patient-centered model and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a warm, community-focused clinic environment in Orangeville.

Qualifications

• Licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) in good standing with Ontario regulatory body.
• Must be fully licensed and eligible to practice in Ontario.
• Must hold valid, active professional liability insurance.
• Mindfulness-based, holistic, and collaborative healthcare approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial health assessments, intakes and follow-up consultations.
• Maintain accurate EMR records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Foster strong patient relationships to support long-term health outcomes.

Initially, the schedule will cover Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with excellent potential to expand hours and days in the future as your practice grows with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial health assessments, comprehensive intakes, and follow-up consultations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient electronic medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with our existing team of practitioners to ensure coordinated patient care
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients to support long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited naturopathic medical program and in good standing with the provincial regulatory body/college.
• Must be fully licensed and eligible to practice in Ontario.
• Must hold valid, active professional liability insurance.
• Strong alignment with a mindfulness-based, holistic, and collaborative healthcare model.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

Compensation & Terms

• Structure: Competitive 70/30 split (70% practitioner / 30% clinic).
• Schedule: Part-time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays), with options for expansion.
• Environment: Fully supported practice environment with administrative backing, patient referrals from the existing multidisciplinary team, and a warm, community-focused clinic culture.
