Job summary

Asana in Vancouver is seeking a Security Technical Program Manager to connect the Security organization and drive strategy, programs, and operating rhythms that maximize impact and visibility.

You will own the Security team's annual and quarterly planning, define rollout of a unified KPI framework, and communicate progress across stakeholders. This high-autonomy role is office-based in Vancouver with a hybrid schedule and collaboration with multiple partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of TPM experience in a security context.
• Strong ability to engage technical teams and communicate with executives.
• Demonstrated track record leading large cross-functional programs from inception to delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional security programs across org boundaries.
• Own annual and quarterly security planning cycles and translate strategy into a roadmap.
• Define and own KPI framework covering risk posture and program health.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences for real-time leadership visibility.
• Establish operating cadences (OKRs, reviews) to keep the org aligned and fast.
• Advise on org design, processes, and scale for security leadership.
