Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems such as CCTV, access control and alarm systems for various properties and clients.
- Provide technical expertise to test and troubleshoot systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on security equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate systems. Provide end user training and support as required.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to integrate security systems with network infrastructure.
- The ability to travel within Canada will at times be asked to assist with client projects, however the priority will be to remain within your regional area.
- As a front line representative of the company, you are expected to set a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, owner’s representatives, as well as vendors when communicating and/or working within their facility.
- Familiarize and adhere to all company safety policies, Occupational Health & Safety regulations and QA / QC procedures.
- As the main point of contact for either a project or regional representative, all calls, work requests, scheduling and execution of work will filter through you.
- Provide estimating assistance, assist with take-offs, preparation of schedules along with other project management functions.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Strong troubleshooting and testing skills for security technologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and scopes of work
- Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety regulations and QA / QC procedures
- Skilled in using digital tools and technology to optimize workflow
- Experience with estimating, take-offs, and scheduling tasks
- Capable of managing equipment and material logistics efficiently

- Experience managing project execution, including scheduling and resource coordination
- Willingness to travel within Canada for client projects
- Availability for overtime, after-hours work, and on-call duties
- Competence in reporting project status, progress, and safety compliance to management
- Understanding of budget constraints and time-sensitive project delivery
- Ability to serve as the main point of contact for regional or project-specific task
