Job summary

Dijicle Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Senior Security Systems Technician / Project Manager to lead installations, integrations, and service across the province.

You will manage projects from scope through completion, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in electronic security or access control, strong troubleshooting skills, experience with RS-485, PoE, and networked systems, and holds a valid G driver's license with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronic security or access control installation.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage wiring, RS-485, PoE, and network-based systems.
• Experience with Enterprise Access Control & VMS Platforms. Certification is a plus!
• Proficiency in troubleshooting both hardware and software
• Valid G driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and service access control systems, smart locks, CCTV, intercoms, and related security hardware
• Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system programming & commissioning on-site
• Ensure projects are completed as per defined scope, on time and within budget.
• Train end-users on system operation and maintenance
• Maintain accurate installation and service records
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications

We are seeking a Senior Security Systems Technician / Project Manager to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality installations, integrations, and service across Ontario.
