Qualifications

• Previous Security experience and Security training is a strong asset.
• Proven high level of Customer Service.
• The ability to obtain registration as a Gaming Worker with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages team performance while participating in security activities.
• Oversees training, coaching, human resources, safety and recruitment needs of the team.
• Monitors floor traffic: watches for suspicious activity, communicates with management and surveillance.
• Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing solutions.
• Complies with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
