As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday-Friday 0700-1500

Location: N2H 5G5

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Supervisor

• Lead and manage on-site security team
• Oversee team performance, quality, and daily schedules
• Train, coach, and support security staff
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Post Orders
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor CCTV systems
• Ensure guards are up to date with all instructions
• Manage and issue access cards
• Complete and review daily and incident reports
• Assist with investigations and manage onsite emergencies
• Act as liaison between security team and stakeholders
• Perform other related duties as required
• Proficient in technology, including Google OS, Android, and Google applications

Qualifications for Concierge Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• One year of experience in security supervisor and team management
• First aid certification mandatory
• Hold a valid security license
