Qualifications

• Ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
• Completion of Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training/exam prior to start.
• Proven high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages team performance while participating in security activities.
• Oversees training, coaching, and safety of the team.
• Monitors floor traffic and watches for suspicious activity.
