Qualifications

• The ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
• Completion of Serving It Right prior to start date (in BC).

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages team performance while participating in.security activities.
• Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing solutions.
• Oversees training, coaching, human resources, safety, and recruitment needs of the team.
• Keeps work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
