Responsibilities for site supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for site supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 1-3 years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification is required
• Hold a valid security license
