Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Ontario security guard license and Driving License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Access control for the facility / area.
• Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times.
• Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate.
• Patrolling and following protocols as per the post orders.
• Ensure facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed.

Skills

Familiarity with access control systems

Report writing and note-taking

Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems

First Aid and CPR

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent / GED
