Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking a reliable Security Officer for the Kitimat, BC area. This full-time role involves daily patrols in support of client partnerships, with shifts from Monday to Friday and a company fleet vehicle for patrols.

Ideal candidates hold a valid BC Security Worker Licence and a valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence, with OFA Basic as an asset. Fitness to stand and walk on 12-hour shifts is required, along with strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

Valid BC Security Worker Licence is required.
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean abstract is required.
OFA Basic certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily patrols in Kitimat, BC.
Observe, assess and report unusual or concerning activity.
Complete electronic reports via a smartphone.

Securiguard is seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team in the Kitimat area. This full-time position involves conducting daily patrols in support of one of our valued client partnerships.

Position Details

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hr shifts, Monday - Friday
Location: Kitimat, BC
Vehicle: Company fleet vehicle provided for patrol duties
Residency: Candidates residing in Kitimat are preferred, as travel time to and from the worksite is unpaid.

Our Ideal Candidate

Licensing & Qualifications

Valid BC Security Worker Licence (required)
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence (required) with clean drivers abstract
Occupational First Aid (OFA) Basic certification (an asset)
