Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Security Guard experience.
• Minimum one year of Supervisor experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Security License required.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification necessary.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Team Lead and serves as secondary authority for security personnel.
• Ensure guards meet mandatory skill set.
• Perform random checks of guards.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings with staff.
• Investigate security guard complaints.
