Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years Security Guard experience in a municipal government or corporate environment is required.
• Post-Secondary education in a related field is an asset.
• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Team Lead and serves as the secondary authority for contract security personnel.
• Responsible for a team of 20+ security personnel on a given shift.
• Ensuring guards are licensed and have completed required training.
• Completing supervisory checks of field and mobile staff.
