Assigned Security Professionals will need to be proud to represent Securiguard, our client and the City of Prince Rupert in this public-facing role. This is a great opportunity for those looking for part time casual hours starting April 2026!

Job Requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service to both the client and its guests
  • Emergency response : Ability to respond to incident / emergency situations and follow required protocol.
  • Access control at terminals
  • Patrolling of designated areas
  • Radio check ins
  • Report writing
  • Identify and report safety hazards.
  • Visual security presence - detect and deter unauthorized persons.
  • Coordinating with the police or emergency personnel when required.
  • Reporting security breaches
  • Adhere to Securiguards core Values, Vision, Mission statement.
  • Perform regularly scheduled site duties as required by client standard operating procedures.
  • Keep consistent notes using a company issued notebook.
Candidate Requirements
  • Valid BC Security License (or can obtain)
  • Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Security Clearance(TSC).
  • Ability to read and write descriptive and factual reports in the English language.
