Job summary

A security services provider in Toronto is seeking a Security Supervisor to manage emergency situations and coordinate staff activities. Responsibilities include training staff, preparing reports, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Candidates must hold a valid Security Guard License and ideally have at least 7 months of relevant experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Establish work schedules and procedures
