As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they evade in environments such as security operation centres , call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities for Security Guard
  • Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
  • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
  • Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
  • Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
  • Control access to secure areas and checkvisitoridentification
  • Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
  • Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Qualifications for Security Guard
  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid security license
  • First aid certification is an asset
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
  • Strong proficiency with technology
  • Ability to stand and walk throughoutshift
