Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols of buildings and grounds
• Monitor and enforce access control procedures
• Observe and respond to situations, safeguard property, and oversee events
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, visitors, and other stakeholders
• Complete detailed and accurate written reports and maintain incident records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6–12 months of security experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills when interacting with clients and visitors
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively
• Access to a personal vehicle (site not accessible by public transit for all shifts)
• Must be bondable
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Minimum age of 18 years
