CHARCO Sécurité is seeking motivated security guards for on-call work in the Shawinigan area. Responsibilities include corporate security rounds, access control, and customer service across assignments.

Qualifikationen

CHARCO Sécurité is looking for motivated, versatile, and reliable security guards who are available to work on-call for a variety of assignments in the Shawinigan area.

Description of assignments:

• Corporate and commercial security : Preventive rounds, access control, customer service — tasks vary depending on the company’s needs.
• Event security : Ensure the safety of participants and the site during festivals, shows, and other public events.
• Detainee monitoring (in partnership with the Sûreté du Québec) : Camera surveillance with no direct contact. You will alert the SQ in case of suspicious behavior. The only contact with the detainee occurs during meal delivery, through a small window in the cell door, with no physical interaction.

What we offer:

• Salary: starting at $21.00/hour + premiums depending on the assignment
• Hours: up to 40 hours/week depending on needs
• Schedule: day, evening, night shifts – from Monday to Sunday
• Status: on-call, ideal for candidates who are flexible and available

Requirements:
