Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Concierge to oversee a residential site in Oakville, ON. The ideal candidate will have Residential Concierge experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities include patrolling, documenting incidents, coordinating with residents and management, and upholding security protocols. A valid Ontario Security License and First Aid/CPR are required or in progress.

• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Position: Security Professional - Concierge

Location: Oakville, ON

Payrate: $19.90 per hour

Status: Full-Time

Shift: Sun 11am-11pm , Mon 3-11pm, Thu 2300-0700, Friday 2300-1100 | Swing Shifts

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Conciergeto oversee one of our residential sites in Oakville, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Residential Concierge experience. excellent communication skills, with some flexibility and willingness to work various shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.


• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.


• Excellent written and oral communication


• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.


• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.


• Must have valid First Aid and CPR


• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience


• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
