Job summary

A security services provider is seeking a Security Guard for the Greenstone Gold Mine. This position involves a rotation of 14 days on and 14 days off with 12-hour shifts. Candidates must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role also requires a standard first aid certificate, a clean criminal record, and CSA approved safety boots. This is an opportunity to become part of a thriving security team.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Valid Standard First Aid / CPR Certificate.
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with a clean Drivers Abstract.
• Clean Criminal Record (Federal and Provincial).
• CSA approved safety boots.
• Canadian Citizen and legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide security at the Greenstone Gold Mine site.
• Ensure safety and emergency response protocols are followed.

Job Summary

Work Setting: Private security agency, mine/energy site

Travelling: Must have own transportation to and from site

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Requirements
