Our Security Alarm Surveillance Operators respond to various types of alarms and we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring alarms, video surveillance and dispatching patrol or emergency response
• Monitoring site surveillance cameras
• Telephone answering service
• Office administration
• Written and verbal reporting and documentation, using various reports and logs

Qualifications

• Post-secondary Education in Office Technology or related field
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Bilingualism would be considered an asset (English/French)
