Securities Operations Specialist

Hybrid

Role Overview

The Securities Operations Specialist provides specialized operational support within the Securities Lending & Settlement teams, focusing on clearing and settlement of transactions across multiple markets. This role is responsible for processing loans, borrows, collateral, reconciliations, mark-to-market activities, and trade support while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Settle all T007 and 5036 loans, borrows, repays, and collateral tickets in CDS and DTC by end of day
  • Manage settlements efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
Operational Support & Administration
  • Perform mark-to-market, contract comparison, fees & rebate, reconciliations, and recall functions
  • Provide real-time position checks and support for Traders related to lending activity
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for daily settlements to support audits
  • Participate in daily huddles, WPE activities, and Late Collateral rotation shifts, ensuring coverage during absences
  • Ensure all FX and wire requests are authorized per assigned limits
