Reporting to the Health Services Manager or designate the Secretary provides administrative / secretarial support to the interdisciplinary team. This includes all Mental Health and Addictions professionals and Physicians / Psychiatrists and the Health Services Manager. The Secretary provides a full range of administrative support to the team which may include but not limited to taking minutes preparing letters and scheduling meetings and appointments. The Secretary works collaboratively with other support staff mentoring when indicated; may be required to cover other position within clerical and admin support group. This position ensures efficient and effective administrative support for quality client-focusedservices.
