Anticipated Temporary Secondary Hall Monitor

It is anticipated that a 1.0 FTE Temporary Secondary Hall Monitor position will be available immediately until January 30 2026 or until the return of the regular employee at St. Michael Catholic Secondary School in Stratford Ontario. This position works 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Circulating throughout the school building while enforcing school rules
  • Monitoring washrooms for student activity
  • Monitoring cafeteria and lunch areas
  • Encouraging students to be prompt in getting to class
  • Assist with emergency drills
  • Assist with school-wide events such as masses, assemblies, etc.
  • Relay information between classroom teachers and the main office as needed
  • Assist the administration in keeping the school safe for all
  • Assist with the safe departure of students on buses at the end of the day
