Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ cooking experience in a similar or hotel/institutional environment preferred.
• FoodSafe Level I certification required.
• Ability to obtain a mark of 80% or higher on the mandatory WHMIS test.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall kitchen operations and maintenance.
• Prepare food items for sandwich making.
• Visually inspect appearance of cold food for presentation.
• Check and control storage of food items.
