Qualifications

• 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Must possess active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Help TurboTax customers with tax advice and preparation.
• Utilize government websites and resources to deliver accurate answers.
• Document customer interactions.
