Role Purpose

Mejuri is heading into its busiest time of year and is seeking seasonal support to join us over a three-month period that will commence October 20, 2025 and end January 23, 2026. Stylists are the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm and inviting experience that feels like shopping with a friend. You will stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, educate customers on Mejuri products, and inspire them to try new things. You are a role model of Mejuri’s brand vision and values with every customer you meet.

Availability

Please note you must be available for all of the following dates and have open availability Friday through Sunday plus at least one weekday/weeknight:

  • November 9, 2025
  • November 16, 2025
  • November 21–December 1, 2025
  • December 13–14, 2025
  • December 20–21, 2025
  • December 22–28, 2025

Additional availability for Friday through Sunday and at least one weekday/weeknight is required.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service through personalized styling experiences and product knowledge
  • Drive sales and meet performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion, and revenue targets
  • Educate customers on Mejuri’s brand story and stay informed on products, launches, and services
  • Collaborate with a motivated, team-oriented group aligned with our mission
  • Champion Mejuri’s core values daily: Find a Way, Raise the Bar, Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity, Drive Results
  • Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy
  • Support OMNI business services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, and online transactions
  • Maintain store appearance and inventory through visual displays and monthly counts
  • Identify opportunities to improve store operations and propose solutions
