Job summary

Retailors is seeking a Nike Store Seasonal Athlete (Store Associate) in Burnaby, BC to deliver a premium customer experience by guiding shoppers through Nike products and services and helping them connect, train, and compete with confidence.

You will support the store team with stock, merchandising, and checkout duties, require strong English communication, and be available for weekend shifts and peak periods. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a High School diploma or GED.
• Able to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well with others.
• 1+ year of customer service/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Store Manager and ensures duties are performed accurately.
• Monitors shipments and follows up on discrepancies.
• Keeps stock areas neat, clean and orderly.
• Performs box counts and validates against bills of lading; reports discrepancies.
• Assists selling floor with product placement and stock replenishment; ensures cash wraps are stocked.
